Atlanta, GA – Shepard, a leading trade show and event services provider, launched two digital exhibitor planning tools in the first quarter:
Both designed and built in-house, these tools enrich the exhibitor experience through easy to use platforms that provide efficiency and flexibility.
Queue-Up allows POV exhibitors the ability to check-in via an online tool and virtually monitor their place in line. Once checked-in, Shepard provides real-time updates to the organization allowing exhibitors’ flexibility to perform other tasks instead of sitting in line at the loading dock. The tool was launched the second week in January in conjunction with Surf Expo, an event high in POV exhibitor participation. The event saw improved exhibitor move-in flow and efficiency.
Poster Pro, launched in March, is a tool that streamlines the pre-, on-site, and post-show experience for poster exhibits. Shepard works with show management to create an event-specific portal where poster presenters can upload their artwork, review graphic placement, and pay for their production and materials all in one place. The tool can be used for events that require their poster be printed by the general service contractor and for events that allow presenters to bring their graphics.
