Shepard announced today a new, all-inclusive rate option aimed at improving the exhibitor experience at events and trade shows. The new rate structure allows for precise pre-event budgeting, enabling exhibitors to effectively budget their participation and maximize their ROI.

Updates includes:

  • The elimination of round ups and minimums basing costs on actual freight weight.
  • Less surcharges & overtime fees, minimizing surprise costs post-event.

With the launch of the All-Inclusive rate structure, Shepard will now offer multiple rate options, giving organizers the ability to evaluate their unique event needs and choose between a traditional or all-inclusive model depending on which option will be most effective for their participants.
