The transformation of an exhibit booth that made a big splash

WhiteWater is the world leader in designing and manufacturing complete waterparks and attractions all over the world. After first engaging with Shepard while exhibiting at another industry event and taking note of their excellent customer service, they reached out to explore the possibility of transforming their annual event with Shepard as their general services contractor.

Their annual exhibit program consisted of one customized large-scale booth, but they were looking to engage at a scaled-down version at World Waterpark Association’s Annual Symposium & Tradeshow. The smaller participation meant a smaller footprint and budget. They charged Shepard with re-imagining their current exhibit in the limited space while maintaining an innovative design that didn’t jeopardize attendee experience. They also wanted a space that projected the energy and excitement you feel at an amusement park through design and engaging technology.

Shepard proposed a solution and executed it seamlessly, concept through completion, within their budget. Whitewater won best of show at World Waterpark Association’s Annual Symposium & Tradeshow for their booth that year.
