Memorable, networking-friendly experience
Century 21 has an annual conference 1:21 that draws 8,000+ agents and brokers for 3-days of inner-company education and networking. The goal of this particular event is to connect real estate agents and brokers with designers to enable them to launch the re-brand in their local markets.
In 2018 they underwent a re-brand with plans to launch at the annual event. Shepard partnered with Century 21 to help bring to life a vision of a polished brick & mortar immersive environment. Century 21 was looking for an innovative and trusted partner to design and execute various customized environments to properly introduce the re-brand to the market. This was the first time the outside world was experiencing the new brand, so the booth space was designed to create a memorable and networking-friendly environment.
