On-Line Floor Plan View- Shepard provides the capabilities to publish your existing floor plan on the web so that exhibitors are able to log on, view the floor plan from a PDF file and see what booths are available for purchase. The updates to the on line floor plans are guaranteed within 24 hours.

On-Line Floor Planner- This is an offering for the organizer who desires to manage and administrate their own floor plan; Shepard offers an on-line tool that allows the organizer to select, merge and assign booth space on the floor plan, which will be real time on the web for view by the attendee and or exhibitors. Event Management Portal
A web-based interactive tool that allows show organizers to efficiently communicate, review and proof all aspects of their event planning with Shepard.  Organizers have real time access through a single click, connecting to the floor plan, structural design of management projects, graphics for the event, on-line ordering, invoices and the critical path-planning tool. The portal provides an on-line proofing and approval process that provides full and direct control over all graphic projects including banners, signs and directionals.  By overseeing the project on-line, the show organizers can respond in multiple ways in their own time ensuring the most efficient and productive communication in pre event planning.

Over-The-Shoulder Design Summit
Shepard understands the importance of working with customers to create a unique message and design that is authentic, creative and depicts the proper message to your attendees and members. Shepard also understands that design is subjective and that artistic interpretation may vary.  Therefore, we offer a hands-on experience to put your vision to life through working directly with our design team over-the-shoulder with the use of technology.  The over-the-shoulder design summit is a live webinar where our creative team conducts a brainstorming meeting with you and edits designs real time that you will see on your computer screen wherever you may be. We also welcome customers to meet face-to-face in our offices, if preferred. 

Auto Order Confirmation
This technology allows Shepard to confirm receipt of advance orders, confirm receipt of advance warehouse freight and automatically send exhibitors the most current invoice estimates via e mail. This method gives peace of mind to exhibitors that materials shipped to the warehouse and orders placed for products and services have been received by Shepard Exposition Services.

Mobile Concierge Services
For the exhibitors’ convenience, the Shepard Concierge(s) are equipped with the tools and technology to remotely take orders directly at the customers booth. The mobile service allows exhibitors to remain at their booths, making the set up process more productive and hassle free. Face-to-face interaction with customers without the requirement of going to the customer service desk responds immediately to tasks such as:

Online Exhibitor Manual with the Online Kit Wizard
Shepard’s Online Exhibitor Services Manual gives all thepertinent features of each show such as important dates, exhibitor packages, advance warehouse address, direct to show facility address and interactive online ordering capabilities.  Shepard realizes our clients’ time is valuable.  Therefore, our goal for on-line services isto provide exhibitors with the benefits of increased productivity at a higher degree of efficiency. Shepard's new generation of the Online Exhibitor Service Manual includes the Expo Wizard, an interactive tool that gives the exhibitor assistance in navigating through the exposition services ordering and information system.  It walks the exhibitor through the services manual sequentially, offering helpful hints and best practices tips to maximize ROI.  It also utilizes an easy-to-use menu system that directs the user to select a specific product or service or to use the wizard system to ensure all service orders are placed.  With the Expo Wizard, the On-line Exhibitor Service Manual is easier than ever to use and ensures exhibitor success.  

Facility/Vendor Internet Gateway
Through the use of open source technology, Shepard has a gateway connection through the internet that allows our exhibitor order system to communicate electronically with the facilities and vendors’ order systems. In addition, Shepard has set up the order system so exhibitors order everything at one time with one invoice.  The order of all expo services, furnishings, labor, drayage, transportation, electrical, floral, audio/visual, telephone, internet, and anything else necessary to create their ideal booth is done on one invoice, with one checkout and one order.  This eliminates the duplication of the checkout process and the need to navigate from web site to web site and place multiple orders using the same data.  The order system has strong security and is safe to use. 

Client Gateway
Shepard’s websites and our clients’ websites are connected, creating a gateway for the exhibitors.  As a login is created on the client site, information is automatically downloaded into Shepard’s web database.  When the exhibitor logs on the client website then navigates to Shepard’s website, the session transfer protocol automatically logs the user into Shepard’s On-Line Exhibitor Services Manual and identifies the user.  This enables the exhibitors to easily find and log into the manual to get information or place orders for the show.  The client gateway simplifies the process for both show organizers and exhibitors.
