Exhibitors are provided a secure login to our online portal via our
ShowMail email system, providing them access to all features and services
on the portal. The Expo Wizard and interactive tool walks the exhibitor
through the services manual sequentially, offering helpful hints and best
practices to help maximize their ROI and to ensure all service orders are
Shepard’s One‐Click service enables exhibitors to order all of Shepard’s
products and services, including all third‐party ancillary services, through our online portal.

Show Organizer Portal
The portal helps you keep up‐to‐date on progress and to initiate changes. Tools allow online proofing, annotation and approvals, providing full and direct control over all graphics and structure projects including banners, signs, and directionals.
By overseeing the project online, you can respond in multiple ways on your own time, ensuring efficient and productive communication during the pre‐event planning phase.
Live Chat Portal
Shepard ShowMail is an email program that utilizes customized templates and best practices to increase customer engagement rates, increase internal resources, and enhance the overall show experience for organizers, exhibitors, and vendors alike.
Utilizing best practices, these emails cut through the clutter, alerting your exhibitors to timely and critical information. ShowMail means more information in the hands of more exhibitors in a more timely fashion.
With Shepard’s freight technology system, exhibitors have an added benefit of tracking all of their show shipments and receiving a material receiving report (MRR) via email. If an exhibitor elects to use the system, they submit their inbound tracking information to Shepard where it is consolidated into a single record for each exhibitor. A consolidated MRR report is emailed to the exhibitor alerting them at each stage of tracking: warehouse, marshaling yard, dock/unload, reweigh, booth check, or final delivery.
For outbound shipments, exhibitors can create an online request form in which they specify a shipping destination right from their booth, including number of pieces, weights and carrier selection options. Once submitted to Shepard’s onsite customer service manager, the bills of lading and shipping labels will be printed and delivered to their booth with the end-of-show invoice.
