May Day is part of Shepard’s GO—Giving Outwardly—program, the company’s philanthropic program that extends the personal contributions of Shepard Associates by enlisting the support of their families, friends and industry peers in a mission of community service. The May Day initiative encourages volunteerism through a hands-on service project outside of the office during regular working hours.
