Shepard’s design group is headed by Alex Shtylman. Who has worked with the industry’s major contracting companies in set design, theatrical lighting, and exhibit booth design. Alex leads a staff of graphic designers with a combined 22 years experience in trade show design. Their tremendous breadth of talent and experience enables Shepard to bring myriad creative solutions to every project. Shepard shows are marked by creative genius at every turn – your entrance, general sessions and registration area – and with bold production through use of props, floral design and lighting.

Great design demands superior fulfillment. Shepard’s Graphics department is deep with industry experience and the 14-member staff, produces more than 5,000 graphics items monthly for national and international clients.

Shepard has invested in state of the art technology to give our graphics team the in-house capabilities to meet show management’s demand for new and exciting design concepts and formats. Our most recent upgrades include:

  • Current versions of Photo Shop , CorelDraw, Illustrator and other graphics software for the utmost in capability and compatibility with our clients’ systems,
  • Gerber high-speed plotters and Advantage 6.02 software for scribing and silhouetting vinyl letters from ½ -in. to 24-in. tall to apply on any surface,
  • Graphic Enterprises PageScan 3 laser copier for 18"x24" general signage and pre-press copying,
  • ENCAD large format inkjet plotters and full-size Seal laminator to support photo realistic, direct image graphics suited to today’s client requirements.

Experience and technology are the two key ingredients in crafting an intelligent floor plan, and Shepard offers show management the best of both.

This staff, Lamar Donnell and Eddie Saunders combined, represent more than 25 years experience in trade show floor plan drafting are knowledgeable in floor traffic patterns and fire marshal regulations, and maintain detailed AutoCAD plans for facilities across the nation to stay abreast of updates and changes that could affect your floor plans.

As members of Shepard’s spirited workforce, they are dedicated to working pro-actively with show management, and will communicate directly with you and your staff – by phone, fax or email – on changes to your floor plans. They are willing to adapt the way they work to make the floor plan development process the most efficient for show management.
